We live in Alaska. We have two fine BMW dealers, but a limited number of well cared for used bikes. We have family in South Jordan and were planning a visit. I found Eurosports Utah while searching for a used 1200 GS on the internet. I called and met Shawn, in BMW sales. He and all the crew there treated my wife and me like they had know us forever, like close, loved family. We are beyond impressed. You will be too.

Overall experience while purchasing my new Panigale was amazing. My salesman Morgan was awesome, always had an educated answer to all my questions. You could tell he really cares about his customers and also has a love for the industry. Finance got me in and out super fast and easy. This is truly the best dealer that I have ever dealt with bar none. Every single person I dealt with eg Jay/Alex in service, John in parts and Thor in sales went out of their way to get me back on the road. I was passing thru on the UTBDR and needed tires, Jay/Alex got me in first thing and out by 10am. In addition to buying tires, I broke my mirror when my bike took a nap in the sand so John tried to find me one ie he had none in stock so he checked several parts competitors online for me! Finally when Thor learned that I was traveling the UTBDR solo, he gave me his card and said if I got in a jam to call them and they would help! Wow just wow! Finally on the tires, I have had to get tires while traveling before and have had dealers get me in but really bend me over in the process on the price. With Harrison I paid the same thing as if I was a regular customer (or my home dealer). Hell I was looking for more things to buy in the store out of pure gratitude. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this dealer and their team of professionals.

Really a great experience purchasing my new Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro. They helped me with what my desired riding experience (weekend getaways to out of the way places for photography). Tim was great, set up the test ride, the bike sells itself, but getting what I wanted was what they delivered! They helped me set it up after purchase so I could take advantage of all the great tech features! And the parts guys are fantastic to get me the outerwear to keep me safe and enjoy the ride! As a returning HE customer, Mike was very patient with me while I worked through the evaluation process for my next bike (2020 BMW 1250 GSA), coming off of a 2015 F800 GS. I had a recent problem when someone at work backed into my 2018 GS ADV. Andy, Jeff, Alex, Spencer and Jaime were amazing and helped work through the assessment and insurance issues, then worked long and hard with BMW to get parts which were hard to come by and have shipped. In the end, when I was not happy with the process with BMW at the time, both BMW and Troy, Thor, Jaime, Andy, and Alex helped work through the problem and I am now riding a new R 1250 GS ADV. Have had the bike for two and a half weeks and have put 4000 miles on it, on a western states tour! What an amazing machine, and what an amazing team at Harrison!! They build long term relationships, not short term sales numbers, and are all experienced riders with great knowledge and skills.I have been riding for 40 years, teaching people to ride for almost 20, and have not run into a better environment in the industry than Harrison Motorsports.

Just purchased my K1300S and it is a great upgrade from my older 1145RT. I absolutely love this bike and between Troy making sure that this is the bike for me and taking into consideration my riding style, history, etc and not pushing me into something I would not like. I had the ability to finance my bike through my bank but Troy and Jamie were very helpful to help to check and find if there was any other better interest rates for me and were more concerned about getting me the best deal for my new K1300S. Just purchased a new R1200GS from Renn Charlesworth. This is the seventh BMW motorcycle I've purchased from a SLC dealership. Buying a motorcycle can be a stressful experience (it's a major but somewhat frivolous expense, after all, driven more by emotion than real need), but they made it easy and I felt like I was treated very fairly, both on the new motorcycle as well as the trade-in. Their attention to understanding my needs was terrific. For example, I intend to set up this bike for two-up riding and brought my pillion rider with me. She has found riding on some of my other motorcycles to be unpleasant due to wind noise and buffeting. The small windscreen on the GS doesn't offer much protection for the pillion rider, so one of other salesmen offered to let us try the larger windscreen from his personal bike. That made all the difference and we went ahead with the purchase, including adding the alternative screen. This dealership has also gone out of its way to perform high quality service, letting me talk to the mechanics if I have questions, and they stand behind their work. The parts folks are generally very knowledgeable and willing to spend time to research the right parts, ordering in special parts and calling me when they arrive. They are willing to ship parts to me when it doesn't make sense for me to make a special trip. All-in-all, I've found this whole crew, from sales, financial, service, and parts, to be customer-oriented and willing to go the extra mile. I'm looking forward to enjoying this new bike. It's the best of the bunch I've purchased!

We purchased a new R1200RT in March of 2015 from Renn. We drove down from Idaho Falls for our prescheduled test ride not knowing what to expect. We were greeted by Renn who had a demo bike ready and waiting for us. We were told to take our time on the new RT and come back whenever we felt comfortable with new bike. Upon returning we sat down with Renn who was very knowledgeable about the features of the new RT, even though he was very busy as it was a Saturday and their were a lot people at the dealership, we looked through the available inventory of RT's , talked about what options we wanted , agreed on a price and made a deal. Renn was very thorough in explaining every feature on the new bike (he had obviously done it many times) to make sure we felt comfortable, while our new R1200RT was rolled out onto the showroom floor and made ready for us to ride home. Even though we were not pleased with the $300 doc fee on a cash purchase ,Renn, Kolton in parts and the rest of the staff were very professional and courteous and we are very happy with our new R1200RT our 3rd BMW Boxer.

I originally came in during the dry winter month of January, interested in looking at some Ducatis. The staff was very cooperative in letting me sit on and start up a few I wanted to hear and feel. I kept finding myself turned away at my insurance quotes, and just didn't think I could afford a bike. They helped me look into different bikes for the months I kept stopping by. Eventually I had been convinced that the Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle was the bike I needed. I put down my deposit and they kept in touch for the many many month wait it was scheduled for. When the bike showed up early I came by, got financed in their department and rode off the next day. All my parts were added at the first service, which was done very well.

I had a great experience with all the departments, and I can't help but go back and keep looking...

I just traded my old GSA for the new water cooled GSA. I've purchased several bikes in the past from this dealership and have shopped other dealerships, Vegas and Boise, to compare prices, and what my trade is valued at. Troy and Ren did it again, actually they stepped it up a notch. The deal was more than fair, they're well versed with knowledge of their product, purchase paper work was very efficient, and Andy in Service is always helpful with questions about new models. I would not hesitate to recommend this BMW dealership.
